reservation information

Please make sure to check before making a reservation to avoid any inconvenience.

1. Reservation Method

- You can make a reservation on Naver Reservation or Stayfolio.

- If payment cancellation continues to occur when paying by card, it is because another person who selected the room at the same time made a payment first and completed the reservation.

- Reservation changes are limited to cases similar to natural disasters, etc.

- Please check the 'Reservation Cancellation, Change, and Refund Policy' below for refund policies.

- Reservations cannot be transferred/acquired or resold.

2. Same-day reservations and on-site visits

- When making a same-day reservation, you must complete online payment and payment, and phone inquiries for same-day reservations before 1:00 PM on the same day.

- For reservations made after 1:00 PM, even if a reservation completion text message is automatically sent, you cannot stay, and the amount will be refunded after confirmation.

- On-site visits on the same day without prior online reservation may not be possible depending on the room situation.

3. Reservation Cancellation, Change, and Refund Policy

- In order to establish a reservation culture, Hoji has implemented the following refund policy, so please take note. Even if you make a reservation incorrectly, it is included in the refund policy below, so please make a reservation carefully.

- 100% refund is possible only 15 days before your visit.

- Refunds will be refunded to the account and payment card of the person who made the deposit after confirming the depositor.

- When changing a reservation, you must cancel the existing reservation and then make a reservation. (In case of double reservation, the responsibility lies with the person who made the reservation.)

- If you make more than 2 reservations, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. (Please contact us if you need to use the actual room)

15 days before your visit - 100% refund of the total payment amount

14 days before your visit - 90% refund of the total payment amount

13 days before your visit - 90% refund of the total payment amount

12 days before your visit - 90% refund of the total payment amount

11 days before your visit - 90% refund of the total payment amount

10 days before your visit - 80% refund of the total payment amount

9 days before your visit - 70% refund of the total payment amount

8 days before your visit - 60% refund of the total payment amount

7 days before your visit - 50% refund of the total payment amount

6 days before your visit - 40% refund of the total payment amount

5 days before your visit - 30% of the total payment amount Refund

4 days before use - 20% refund of total payment

3 days before use - 10% refund of total payment

2 days before use - No refund

1 day before use - No refund

On the day of use - No refund

* In case of violations that result in eviction without refund - No refund

4. Additional people

- When reserving a room, check the maximum occupancy and comply with it. If this is violated, eviction will be carried out without refund.

- Additional people incur a cost of 40,000 won per person. (However, children under 24 months are free of charge)

5. Minors

- Minors cannot stay without a guardian.

6. Responsibility for safety accidents due to personal negligence

- Due to the nature of the space and the design of the interior of the room, there are many places that require the guardian's attention.

- For safety reasons, thorough management and protection of the guardian and the individual is required.

- You are responsible for any safety accidents caused by your own carelessness.

- Things to be especially careful of (doors, furniture corners, burns from fire, accidents such as falling or tripping on the deck, etc.)

- If you have made a reservation, please inform all accompanying guests.

 

7. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor and outdoor areas (forced to leave)

- Smoking is prohibited not only indoors but also outdoors.

- If you smoke in any indoor/outdoor space except for the designated smoking area, you will be evicted without a refund and the next day's accommodation fee will be charged as an additional cleaning fee.

- Please only smoke in the smoking area next to the parking lot.

- If you have made a reservation, please inform all accompanying guests.

 

8. Alcohol sales

- Natural wine and brewery beer are sold in the Hoji public space. Please check the public space usage time and make your purchase.

 

9. Insects (bugs), wild animals

- Hoji is adjacent to mountains, rice fields, and fields, so it is difficult to completely block pests in the accommodation and facilities. Those who are sensitive are advised to be careful when making reservations, and please note that refunds are not possible due to this.

- The most dangerous wild animals are snakes and bees. Please be careful when walking around the garden.

- We would like to inform you in advance that thorough management and protection by a guardian is necessary, especially for children, as they can be fatal. Hoji is not responsible for any damage caused by this.

- You may hear the sound of chickens crowing in the morning.


10. Check-in / Check-out

- Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Please observe the room use times.

- Please understand that from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, the rooms, public spaces, and outside spaces are cleaned, so you cannot enter the room even if you arrive before the check-in time. Early check-in / late check-out is not possible.


11. Room Use

- Please pay special attention to safety when using the door to avoid accidents where your hands or feet get caught in the door frame.

- Please take off your shoes at the entrance of the building and store them in the iron shoe rack provided in the room. (Depending on the weather, they may get wet from rain or morning dew.)

- You may not enter the room wearing shoes worn outside.

- All indoor/outdoor facilities, landscaping, furniture, and supplies except for soap, incense, and water in the room are prohibited from being leaked outside. Please understand that you will be charged for damage, breakage, loss, theft, and bedding contamination according to facility management.

- Breakfast is provided in the common area from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m., so please be sure to be on time.

- Please note that cooking in the bedding is absolutely prohibited, and you will be responsible for any contamination that cannot be washed.


12. Instructions for cooking in the room

- Pots, frying pans, kettles, mixing bowls, and colanders are provided in the room.

- Cooking is prohibited, such as fried food, fish dishes, meat, butter, and margarine, or foods that are oily or produce a lot of smell.

13. Instructions for using public spaces

- The public spaces are for guests only and are open until 11 p.m. You can bring in food, alcohol, drinks, etc.

- You can cook using the dishes, induction, microwave, and sink provided in the public spaces.

(Only staff can open the refrigerator, wine refrigerator, and sink cabinet.)

- Please clean up after use. (Dishes and waste)

- If there is not enough space in the guest room refrigerator, please inquire about storing food in the public space refrigerator.

 

14. Use of barbecue grill

- Barbecue is not available in case of rain or strong wind.

- Barbecue charcoal setting time is from 17:00 to 20:00. Please inform us of the time when checking in.

- Use of designated spaces or personal firearms is strictly prohibited. Personal barbecue grills are not allowed due to safety issues.

- Please refrain from making excessive noise that may cause inconvenience to other guests or neighbors.

- Do not place cooking utensils such as pots and frying pans on the barbecue grill.


15. No pets

- Please understand that pets are not allowed in Hoji due to facility management issues.


16. No commercial photography (forced eviction and legal action)

- Commercial photography is only allowed through rentals, so please be advised that you will be forced to leave during your stay and legal action will be taken if you are caught uploading.

- Includes product photography and sponsored photography posted on personal accounts.

17. In case of leaving without refund

- Exceeding the maximum number of people: If the maximum number of people is exceeded (including infants and children), entry is not possible.

- Minors: Minors without guardians, pets and those entering the room will be evicted without refund.

- Mixed-gender accommodation: Mixed-gender accommodation, excluding family members, will be evicted without refund. (Palgak House) (Example: 2 men, 1 woman, 2 women, 1 man, two couples)

- No smoking in all areas: Smoking in all areas (indoors and outdoors) except for designated smoking areas will be evicted without refund.

- Unmannerly behavior: If you engage in any behavior that disturbs the rest of other guests, you will be evicted without refund. (Moving between rooms, drinking and dancing, loud singing, verbal abuse, violence and illegal acts, using musical instruments, drone filming, filming and broadcasting for commercial purposes without prior agreement, etc.))
